  There on xmas eve. 1 person ahead of me. Took close to hour to get food. They didn't put drink got sent to 3 different employees for the drink no one knew how to give me drink. Finally manager told them to give me my drink and a bunch of employees just stood there like deer in headlights. Took close to 20 minutes after getting my food for them to give me my drinks. All are food was cool by time got drinks. Will never go back. You got to be completely useless not to know how to give someone there drinks they ordered and none of the employees knew what to do. Horrible service

  If you're a fan of Swiss Chalet and want to treat yourself to some of their basic menu items this place is good. The seating leaves a lot to be desired. The Swiss Chalet side of this restaurant that shares with Harvey's has seating for about 50 jammed in a small space so that unless you manage to get one of the few booths you will probably find yourself dining uncomfortably close to people you don't know. The food seems on par with any other Swiss Chalet but the service did seem a little on the slow side compared to other Swiss Chalet restaurants. The menu is very basic, not the full menu available at other Swiss Chalet restaurants. My biggest personal annoyance was that I couldn't get a ginger ale with my meal. It's the only pop I drink and while spending good money for a meal out one would think this common beverage would be available. A few cans kept handy if it's not available from their fountain. That's just me though, I'm sure most people wouldn't care about that.
