    Sorry to say I was disappointed when I went to purschase a bike . Wanted to pay for it and pick it up first thing next morning. I was told they didnt have the room to store the bicycle. Needles to say I left the store and p urschased the bicycle online, where its waiting to be picked up. I think this store needs to upgrade its customer service policy.

    Had an issue with having tires put on my pickup truck (they couldn’t get the tires off & they were rotated 3 days before)then less than a year later and not even 20 thousand km later the tires had to be taken off the truck , contacted the store , then corporate, then cooper tires. Had a call back from store owner asking me to bring my truck and tires in for pics and inspection a couple months ago and haven’t heard anything since?

    Ha everything I needed, hitch ball, and extension wiring for the trailer and despite being busy the line moved quickly
